Effect:

Melatonin is a substance founding in conarium in the brain secreted. It works to regulate natural rhythm sleep or rhythm sleep of 24 hours in the body, giving a natural sleep, not being tired upon getting up.

Melatonin is also used to prevent symptoms of Jet lag (insomnia due to changing time zones).

Melatonin helps solve insomnia in older adults and improve sleep quality.
